Registration Instructions for Current Students
Elementary Program Tuition Information
1. Please update, print and sign the DSS Form 2900:
Please update your child's DSS Form 2900 that you saved last year. If you did not save it, please download this form first, then complete, save, print and sign the following form. DSS does not accept electronic signatures so an actual signature is required. If you would then like to upload it, you may upload it to Brightwheel or you may submit the paper copy with your registration payment.
2. Please complete and submit the following forms:
Elementary Program Parent Handbook & Permission Contract
Elementary Program Registration Form
3. Please turn in the signed DSS Form 2900 (upload or turn in the paper copy) along with your applicable registration fees in the payment box in the breezeway (registration fee, summer activity fee, summer refreshment fee) on February 7th or 8th.
