Please complete all parts of the form and please provide multiple contact numbers. In order to be put on the waiting list, you must indicate which program and season you want your child to attend. For example: Preschool School Year, Preschool Summer Morning, Preschool Summer Afternoon, Elementary School Year, Elementary Summer. It is also important for you to indicate if you would like for your child to be picked up from one of the other morning schools. If you submit a blank form, it will be deleted and your child will not be put on the list.
Registration: Registration for all programs begins in February. Registration opens to current families and church members first, then the families on the waiting list will be called if a space is available in the appropriate age group. This is a rolling list, if space is not available at this time, the name will remain on the list until a space opens up.
